Findus

As a Community Manager for Findus Nordics, my main task was to daily monitor and respond to comments, handle customer relations, collaboration requests, escalate complaints, repost relevant tags and respond to DM’s on social media where consumers interact with the brand. The aim was to grow Findu’s precense on social media and the results were striking: With a response time of a maximun 24 hours, Findus grew it's online community on Instagram rapidly by 100% in Sweden, 146% in Norway and 300% in Finland during 2024. This due to more consistent posting, but also concise outreach to a relevant target group and showing more presence and engaging with their followers. ​
